THE SITUATION: Endeavors embodies the values we hold dear – compassion, empathy, and a commitment to serving vulnerable communities. Consequently, when Endeavors, having merged five other non-profits, faced the challenge of bringing together multiple leadership teams under a single support system while respecting their values and missions, we recognized the need for a creative and innovative approach.

This required aligning these diverse groups towards a common goal, ensuring that each team's unique values were acknowledged and integrated into Endeavors' overall mission.
